Week 1

In-depth discovery call so our team can have a clear picture of your unique Vision, Goals and Budget. We will cover your teams distribution and what the perfect venue looks and feels like.

We run a flight analysis comparing cost, flight times and average connections to dozens of destination airports.

After looking at the flight analysis we request your team to choose your top 4 destinations to focus on.
Week 2

Our team aggressively collects availability and proposals from our database of over 6k vetted company retreat venues.

With your vision, goals and budget top-of-mind, we lay-out initial negotiations with each venue that has availability.

We deliver a handful of venues to you with availability in an initial proposal to get your feedback to make sure we are on the same page.
Week 3

7-12 contract-ready proposals delivered in a beautiful presentation over a 60 minute video meeting. We answer any and all questions so that your team has every detail to be able to make a decision.

After your team has time to review internally, we request a Top 3 list from the Venue Proposal.

This is where our team uses over 50 years of collective experience to negotiate the absolute best rates, discounts, inclusions and upgrades that you will find.
Week 4

Horray! Your team has decided on The Perfect Venue for your next event.

We use this decision to further negotiate on your behalf with the venue of choice.

The final deliverable is a customized Retreat Workbook unique to your event, venue, budget and goals. Finally, we walk through everything with you and host an introductory call with your team and the venue.

CONCIERGE

Our Concierge Service is the entry point for building long-standing partnerships with many of our favorite clients.
This is typically when a start-up is at less than 50 people and needs a lot of help just getting some movement and momentum behind their offsite dreams.
The Concierge fee can be rolled into a Full-Service after your team has a decided on and contracted a venue.

We get it! Sometimes the vision for an event can change, even after our detailed kick-off call.
If you don’t fall in love with anything in the first Venue Proposal, we will expedite an updated venue proposal within 7 days based on your updated vision for the venue.
We take many steps throughout the first two weeks in our partnership to avoid this at all costs. For your team and ours.
